For years, my habits, todos and accomplishments lived in separate apps - plus uncountable old scrap paper notes. Stetig brings them together, so one place shows not only what is still left to do, but also everything already achieved.
01Three systems, one steady practice
I have tracked my habits for around five years. Later, I added a todo system in Notion and on old envelopes, then a success log for achievements at work, in personal projects and in sports. Each practice was valuable, but each lived in a separate place.
I decided to combine all three into one deliberately simple app: Stetig - the German word for steady or consistent.
02More than a list of unfinished work
Most productivity tools focus on what remains undone. Stetig keeps that useful view, while making progress visible too: completed habits, streaks, charts, heatmaps and a daily log of wins.
The goal is a balanced record of consistency - what you intend to do, what you did today and what you have already accomplished over time.
03Private by design
Personal routines and accomplishments should remain personal. Stetig stores data on the device and has no app-owned database for it. Optional synchronization uses a private GitHub Gist, with the data encrypted locally before it leaves the device using AES-256.
CSV import makes it easier to move in from another habit tracker, while CSV and JSON exports keep the data portable.
